What we store, and what we deliberately do not

Written in plain language. This is a summary of how the platform actually behaves, not a legal template.

Your Aadhaar number is never stored in readable form

When you verify your identity, the number goes to our verification partner and is discarded. We keep only the masked last four digits and a reference. It is never written to a log, an error report or an analytics event.

Selfies are attendance evidence, and they expire

Arrival and finish selfies exist so your hours can be proved in a dispute. They are deleted 90 days after the event.

Location is used at check-in only

We check that you are at the venue when you arrive and when you finish. We do not track your location between shifts.

Hosts see a badge, never a document

A host sees that you are verified. They never see the underlying document or number.

You can ask us to delete your account

Under the DPDP Act you may request erasure. Financial records we are legally required to retain are kept, but your profile and personal data are removed.

This page summarises current behaviour and is not yet a complete legal privacy policy. A full policy should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
