The job is already paid for
An event is not visible to you until the host has paid in full. You will never travel 30 km to a job whose money does not exist.
Paid when the work is done
Not in 7 days, not in 60. Your money moves to your wallet as soon as the shift is complete and confirmed.
Your hours are proved
Your arrival and your finish are both recorded with a selfie and GPS. If a host disagrees later, the record speaks for you.
A penalty never touches earned money
If you cancel late there are consequences, but they come out of future work — never out of the balance you have already earned.
Safety is never gated
SOS is available at every verification level, always. Women-only events are enforced by the platform, not by trust.
Getting verified
Verification is what makes hosts trust the platform, so it unlocks what you can do. Your Aadhaar number is never stored in readable form — only the last four digits and a verification reference.
